As part of Huawei’s broader initiative Seeds for the Future, the Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age represents the company’s continued commitment to furthering digital inclusion; specifically, closing the gender gap, and creating a world where women are empowered to not just participate, but to thrive and lead us into the digital future.

This vision of equality and inclusion is completely aligned with the European Commission’s commitment to achieve a gender equal Europe by 2025. It is also what makes this programme so incredibly dynamic and compelling.

Efforts to invest in and support female talent are ongoing, and this summer’s agenda is intended to set the standard for our future programmes.
