Regardless of one's background, values, knowledge and awareness, and life principles, the Academy creates a family and a long-lasting bond. Each and every participant arrived back to their countries different then when they left, and the ability of getting to know and keep into contact with individuals from diverging states is truly a gift. The Academy cares for the young female leaders of tomorrow by providing the tools and necessary requisites to aid them in believing in themselves, overcome that which scares them, and fight the injustices present nowadays.
