The week felt surreal, sometimes I still can't believe that I was able to join such an amazing group of women to learn and grow together. But whether I can believe it or not these 5 days have made a lasting impact on me as a person. Both in my professional life and my personal life. And I just know that this experience has had the same impact on each and everyone of the participants. It has given us new tools to tackle the challenges we face every day and made us more aware of the tools we already had. We have bonded together and truly formed a unique bond with each other while we learned, worked, laughed and even cried together.
