The experience at the Winter School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age was definitely unique and pleasantly surprising. All the expectations on the variety and the high profile of the team and the speakers were met if not exceeded. We’ve been welcomed, inspired and pushed to grow trough masterclasses and panels hosted incredible people operating in the field of digital technologies, leadership, public speaking, and cyber security. But what is not written in the program is that the whole week is plunged into a positive and nurturing environment, where people are encouraged to be strong and kind, determined and humble, to challenge their own comfort zones and to be comfortable in sharing weaknesses with other people. I perceived a new and diverse narration of what being a leader means, that I now carry with me in my everyday activities.
