The week I got to spend with the 27 other fantastic young women in Nice was truly life changing for me! The Winter School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age was packed with empowering speakers and workshops, that inspired me to think differently and make a change. We had a mutual understanding for issues that impact us daily and the encouragement I received from everyone was extraordinary. I was glad to learn that the school isn't a one time experience, because we will always stay in touch and collaborate on projects in the future as well. The winter school gave me wonderful support networks and a new direction to my career, that I will forever be grateful for. It is difficult to describe how inspirational the programme has been for me and how excited I am to use my newfound knowledge to make an impact.
