The world is currently facing challenges concerning climate change, equality, and digitalization. During the past decade there has been a big change within the tech industry and the world needs more women who can lead the way through this change. The European Leadership Academy is a part of this change, the academy provides young women with the tools necessary to lead the digital revolution. The Winter School for Female Leadership was one of the best weeks of my life, I got inspired by top speakers and made friends with people from all over Europe. The school taught me that nothing is impossible and that women have a place in the future of tech. It was a life changing experience that taught me things that otherwise would take years to learn. For anyone considering applying for the programme, I would simply advice to go for it! You will not regret it. You will get a valuable international network, and you will make friends for life.
