This program is for every woman, regardless of their background, who would like to learn, discover, and grow. There's no such thing as a "perfect profile", just go for it and explain with your heart why and how technology and digital skills would help you to achieve your dreams and objectives for your community or even for the world. The 27 incredible women I spent the week with had very different life goals, they were all unique, and so are you! The Winter School program was intense but I loved every single aspect of it. I widened my horizons, got out of my comfort zone, and defined new purposes in my life. Now, I feel more mature and more ready to initiate changes. EU Leadership Academy gave me a wonderful opportunity to empower myself by allowing me to explore my creativity and my deep aspirations: a truly life-changing experience. Also, I was proud to represent my dear country and its diversity, blessed to be able to express, freely and unapologetically, my different cultures and all the personal aspects that make me who I am during this beautiful week. So, if you're still hesitating, apply because you never know. At worst, you'll take the time to realize and acknowledge the great things you bring to the world, at best, you'll enter a wonderful program!
