If I have to describe the Academy with just one word, it would be 'magical'. It surpassed my expectations and it is truly an experience you need to go through yourself in order to fully appreciate its merits. The Academy is necessary now more than ever in order to empower young women and give them the tools and confidence that they can break the glass ceiling. It also provides them with the tech and sustainability knowledge needed to be part of the green digital transition which is crucial for humanity's wellbeing in the future. And the fact that we got to be inspired by determined and passionate women who are professionals in their fields and by the other participants, as well, was just the cherry on top. We shared so much together for this short week that it feels like we have known each other for a lifetime. I look forward to seeing what each one of us will achieve and I believe we will be there to support one another!
