There is no better way to describe the Summer School other than "transformational". For the first time in my life I felt that I was introduced to a community of like-minded women who strive to bring change in our world and lift others while doing so. The kindness, empathy, inclusivity, mentoring and genuine interest of Berta , the ELA team, my fellow students and the speakers and invitees was astonishing. The up-to-date classes and panels by leading experts, the useful advice and hands on skills we acquired as well as the vote of trust we received by our mentors, is what makes us feel that the future of leadership and technology is female! We can make a difference TOGETHER! From the bottom of my heart thank you all for restoring my hope in the endless capabilities of women and the confidence in my abilities to be a leader. Thank you for my 28 new amazing friends and the strong network of powerful women we created, I will cherish our time together and smile every time I think of our unique shared experiences!
