Attending the European Leadership Academy Summer School of 2024 was an experience I will cherish forever. It was inspiring to see so many young women from across Europe come together, sharing common goals while offering such different perspectives. It reminded me of the power of unity in diversity. The growth I experienced in Warsaw is something I will carry with me, and the connections I made are sure to have a lasting impact on my professional and personal journey.
