Zuzana Zajarošová
Counsellor for Social Policy, Gender Equality and Non-discrimination, Permanent Representation of Czechia to the EU
Zuzana Zajarošová has been the Director of the European Union and International Cooperation Department since 2013. She studied Economics and Sociology at Charles University and received a scholarship at the Department of Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Applied Sciences Oldenburg in Wilhelmshaven, Germany. Immediately after her studies in 2003, she joined the Department of Social Services at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. From 2008 to 2013 she worked as social attaché at the Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic to the EU. From 2013 to 2023 Zuzana Zajarošová was Director of the Department for EU and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Since September 2013, she has been working again at Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic to the EU, where she is in charge of social policy and equal opportunities agenda.
