Margareta Nikolovska is a Senior Human Capital Development Specialist at the European Training Foundation. With over 20 years of experience in the education and training sector, she has led various projects, focusing on the role of Human Capital Development stakeholders, policy analyses, feasibility studies, and identification of countries’ priorities in the education and training sector. She has worked with change-makers in Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan, to develop knowledge and sustainable partnerships for improving lifelong learning systems. In addition, she is leading in the ETF the developments related to Civil Society Organizations and their role in the lifelong learning systems. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Management from the Graduate School of Public Policy and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh.
