Julia Lindholm

Head of Office, Energiföretagen Sverige

Currently working as head of EU office for the trade association Swedenergy, Julia represents the Swedish energy industry in Brussels and covers topics such as renewable energy, electricity market, CO2 emissions, and e-mobility. Prior to joining Swedenergy, Julia worked at the Finnish Permanent Representation to the EU as Åland Island advisor, and in the European Parliament as advisor for Swedish liberal MEP Olle Schmidt on internal market, budgetary control, and ACP-EU relations. 

Julia is the founder of think tank Policylabbet Granit with the objective to channel diaspora engagement in the local development of the political and legal self-governance of her native Åland Island (Finland). Julia is Swedish and Finnish, with degrees in political science from Örebro University and in public administration from Hertie School of Governance.
