Laurence Jacobs is a seasoned business relationship officer at technology federation Agoria, where she is instrumental in driving the growth and success of digital-first businesses.

She also serves as an ambassador for ‘Women in Tech’ with a mission to increase the representation and retention of women in the technology industry. Her unwavering commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion is reflected in her various roles as a jury member and coach at BeCentral’s WeAreFounders accelerator, jury member of DO! Ghent, board member of #SheDIDIT, mentor at ASATT Women in STEM Fellowship and general assembly member of Technopolis, as well as her active involvement in the Women4Cyber Foundation Belgium and in setting-up the S.HE Goes Digital executive master at VUB/ULB.

In addition to her professional endeavours, Laurence has also published the books "Nooit Nog Normaal" and "Women in Tech: a perfect fit for a sustainable and inclusive future".
