Inga Henriksen

Inga Henriksen is one of the founders of the Lilja app, which is a lifeline for victims of sexual and domestic violence. She advocates openly the necessary changes in dealing with violent crimes. She is in her final year of social work at the University of Iceland and works as a counselor with children and young people with attachment disorders and risky behaviour. She is also a speaker at the European leadership academy where she talks about gender-based violence, ways to intervene and how technology can be used as a solution when violence occurs. Inga has also been working with victims of violence for the past few years, preparing an emergency plan to get out of dangerous situation and get helping them to the right resources.
