After the inspiring success of the first edition of the Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age, held in beautiful Lisbon in August 2021, the European Leadership Academy is continuing its mission to nurture female talent and to support and empower girls to lead the tech revolution.
Our goal is to help Europe achieve gender equality and female empowerment through mentorship programmes, where chosen candidates gain a better understanding of the EU’s digital landscape, learn about career opportunities available in AI, cybersecurity, and data privacy, are taught valuable leadership skills, and have the opportunity to take their rightful place in the tech revolution.
The Winter School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age will take place from 21st to 25th February in the Mediterranean city of Nice, France. Applications are now open for female students and young professionals with an interest in technology, who are over 18 and have EU or Western Balkan citizenship or permanent residence. The final day for submissions is Monday 3rd January (23.59h CET), 2022.
