Konstantina (Nina) Cheimara

Represented Greece at the 2024 Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age

Konstantina (Nina) is completing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the American College of Greece and has an extensive background in leadership assembling teams to raise awareness on social and mental health issues.

Although her science is not directly linked to academic digital knowledge she applied to the school as an opportunity to learn more about how to be a true leader and use different tools to convey important messages to broad audiences. Her mission is to make the workplace an inclusive environment, embracing diversity while also highlighting the importance of motivation strategies on productivity.

She is also a women's rights advocate and a sustainability leader looking to encourage corporate social and sustainable responsibility among organizations. ELA was a transformational experience bringing her one step closer to making her aspirations a reality!
