Who is the programme for?
The School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age is specifically designed for female students and young professionals with an interest in technology. No matter your background – whether you come from law, business, philosophy or arts – this programme aims to broaden your horizons and present you with the opportunities that the digital era will bring for all sectors of the economy.
Which countries are eligible?
The European Leadership Academy is proud to open its programmes to qualified candidates who are citizens of the 27 EU Member States, Ukraine, the Western Balkans Six (North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo), Moldova, Switzerland, Iceland, Türkiye or Norway.
Who created this programme?
In an effort to support European talent and foster innovation throughout the Union, it is the goal of The European Leadership Academy to design and fund initiatives aimed at providing training, upskilling and reskilling opportunities to European citizens, so that they can harness the full potential of the digital era.
How do I apply?
You can apply right from this site! All you have to do is fill out the online application and submit your form by 12th March 2025, 23.59h CET.
Do I have to be formally enrolled in university to apply?
No. As long as you are 18 or over and have an interest in broadening your knowledge on how technology will shape our lives, and willingness to understand how important female leadership will be in this process, you are eligible to apply. For example, if you have finished your bachelor’s and at the moment you are not formally enrolled in a university programme because you have an internship or are taking a break, you can still apply.
What is the application deadline?
The final day for submissions for the 2025 Summer School is Wednesday 12th March 2025, 23.59h CET.
