21.07 - 26.07 2024 Warsaw, Poland
The fourth edition of the Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age brought together top female talent in Warsaw, Poland. The 29 aspiring leaders—representing each EU member state, the Western Balkans Six, and Ukraine—embarked on a transformative journey. With a stellar lineup of lecturers and speakers, participants engaged in thought-provoking debates with global leaders, policymakers, and business executives. The programme featured a dynamic mix of panels, workshops, masterclasses, and cultural events, inspiring them to lead the digital era. Topics ranged from leadership and public speaking through to sustainability and coding, equipping students with practical skills and insights to contribute to a sustainable, inclusive digital society. In this safe and empowering environment, participants not only honed their talents but also formed lifelong connections and friendships.
25.06 - 30.06 2023 Valencia, Spain
The third edition of the Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age took place in Valencia, Spain. Participants experienced a week that they will never forget. A week where they learned new skills, explored new experiences and met global experts that imparted their knowledge, and challenged our students to think big. The 29 young women had the chance to exchange ideas with thought leaders, CEOs and policymakers from across Europe and beyond. The series of masterclasses, panel discussions and deep dive sessions inspired them to not just embrace the digital era, but to lead it. The programme addressed a wide array of subjects from leadership and public speaking through to sustainability and coding. It gave students the opportunity to learn from female leaders already playing their part in building a sustainable and inclusive digital society. Participants were equipped with the tools to lead and underwent a personal journey that built both their knowledge and their confidence.
17.07 - 22.07 2022 Prague, Czech Republic
The second edition of the Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age once again gathered future leaders from across Europe for an unforgettable week of learning and growth with world-class experts – this time in enchanting Prague. There, 29 young women had the opportunity to interact, ask critical questions and exchange ideas with the movers and shakers of Europe. Global thought leaders, policy makers and CEOs shared their insights and inspired these #NextGenChangeMakers to lead the digital era. The insightful programme of masterclasses and panels covered a wide range of topics vital to building a sustainable and inclusive digital society. The students explored the promise of new technologies while being inspired by the women leading the tech revolution. Through intensive workshops and personal encounters, they also experienced a deep dive within themselves, gaining confidence and the tools they need to lead.
21.02 - 25.02 2022 Nice, France
The first Winter School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age took place in the beautiful mediterranean city of Nice, on the French Cote d’Azur. Participants took part in a week-long programme packed with inspiring role models, teachers and mentors. They learned everything from coding to presentation skills and had the opportunity to learn and share in a safe and inspiring environment.
As well as a full agenda, our students had the chance to make new friends and to explore the city and its lively tech scene.
23.08 - 27.08 2021 Lisbon, Portugal
The inaugural Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age took place in the historic city of Lisbon, on the Portuguese coast. As our first school the week-long course provided a series of firsts for both students and staff. Every day was full with a range of sessions from panel debates and discussions to team projects and group working.
There was also plenty of time for our students to network and make new friends and to explore the delights of the city.
