The European Leadership Academy was an absolute whirlwind of inspiration! As a panel speaker, I was blown away by the immense talent and passion in the room. Sharing the stage with accomplished women who are shaping the future of technology, innovation, business, inclusion and sustainability was an honor. The energy from the students, who hailed from across Europe, was electric. Their eagerness to learn and make a difference left a lasting impression on me. Berta and her team did a phenomenal job orchestrating the event, creating an environment that fostered meaningful connections and empowered the next generation of leaders. I can't wait to see the incredible things these young minds will achieve.

I was invited to give some ally-ideas on global collaboration and its direction. I was impressed by the whole Academy. Young participants were sharp. I would have loved to listened to the whole week and also continue the discussion. Very impressive!

Participating in the "Generative AI: Challenges and Opportunities Ahead" panel at the European Leadership Academy was a truly transformative experience. Meeting 29 incredible young women from diverse backgrounds was both humbling and inspiring. As a young woman entrepreneur myself, not much older than many of them, I found myself deeply motivated by their passion, drive, and commitment to making a difference in the world.

Seeing the potential of these women, and knowing that initiatives like this exist to support them, fills me with a sense of relief and excitement for the future. The Academy showed me firsthand the immense impact that can be achieved when young women are given the right opportunities and a platform to grow. The women I met are not just future leaders, but present changemakers who will undoubtedly shape our world in extraordinary ways.

Being surrounded by such brilliant minds reminded me that, with the right encouragement and resources, there are no limits to what we can achieve. I left the Academy feeling more empowered and optimistic than ever, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such an inspiring gathering.

Thank you very much for inviting me to participate in a panel on the role of women in STEM. It is a great honour for me to join the distinguished female mentors of the European Leadership Academy and share my thoughts and experiences. I firmly believe that the exchange of knowledge and inspiration facilitated by such events contributes to real change and supports the development of women in these key fields.

It may sound cliché, but the best part of the European Leadership Academy were the caring and passionate people who contributed to it, after the end of the European Leadership Academy, I now feel the most confident and passionate that I have ever been. Importantly, the program was completely free of charge, as an ambitious young woman whose family has always struggled financially, the European Leadership academy was a dream come true in many ways.
