When I had the opportunity to participate in The Women’s Academy for Rural Innovation, I knew it was the perfect step forward toward building a sustainable future and empowering local communities. The programme offered invaluable knowledge, inspiration, and the chance to connect with like-minded women across Europe.
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is the importance of surrounding myself with supportive communities—like the one I found at the Academy. This network of inspiring women reminded me that collaboration is not a sign of weakness, but a foundation for collective strength.
