Over a week, the School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age allows you to spend time with numerous world-class leaders from around the EU and beyond, who teach and mentor you. They are joining us to share their ideas, debate the current state of global affairs and the shared challenges ahead, and brainstorm about how, together, we can shape a thriving digital future for Europe.
When you apply, your entry will be reviewed by a team of experts — a distinguished jury composed of Members of the European Parliament, former EU Commissioners, professors, business executives, journalists and equality advocates from all 27 EU Member States, Ukraine, the 'Western Balkans Six', Moldova, Switzerland, Iceland, Türkiye and Norway. We are as passionate about their involvement in the selection process as they are about the environment that we are creating for you: an inspiring space where you can bond, network, and support each other, following the European spirit of cooperation and solidarity.

The Summer School will take place in Finland from the 12th to the 18th of July 2025. Our full scholarship covers all programme expenses for the selected candidates, including all travel expenses. Learn more about the Summer School.
