Erik Trautman
Senior Consultant – Labor and Education, Ernst & Young (EY)
Erik has been with EY for over 2 years now as a Senior Consultant. He is experienced in the field of labour market analyses, including skills foresights, as well as professional and business innovation training primarily for public sector clients of the European Union. Erik is currently coordinating a skills foresight study concerning the digital impact on skills and the work environment in the postal sector. He has provided support in launching and conducting a Business Innovation Training Programme for Innovation Associates, and he has acted as a trainer and facilitator for several engagements. In the private sector, he has supported enterprises with scouting and applying for EU funding in education initiatives. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University – School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with a Master’s in International Affairs and the University of Bologna with a Master’s in European Affairs. He is a native English speaker, fluent in Italian and has a high intermediate understanding of Spanish.
