True Strength Lies Within

Women hold significant power that has been diminished for a long time. We were seen as weak and subtle, gentle and romantic, unstable. Crazy perhaps. Not strong enough to endure the harsh world out there. Our opinions did not matter. Our points of view were not seen as equal or as valid.

However, it is the woman who gives birth to the world. It is the woman whose weakness is making space for strength to show up. Our gentleness is what heals, and romance is what opens hearts. It is vulnerability that connects. Our fickleness serves as a beautiful metaphor of cycles of nature, the never-ending wheel of life.

Our time has come, I believe. A time to share our voices and bring our gentleness, romance and craziness as solid as a rock to heal what is broken in this world. It is our time to lead our men and our children towards a better future for all. To lead from the heart.

Our power lies within. But for it to be seen, heard and acknowledged, it must be found and accepted within ourselves first. It goes for women and men equally, for we cannot exist one without the other.

Participating in the "Generative AI: Challenges and Opportunities Ahead" panel at the European Leadership Academy was a truly transformative experience. Meeting 29 incredible young women from diverse backgrounds was both humbling and inspiring. The Academy showed me firsthand the immense impact that can be achieved when young women are given the right opportunities and a platform to grow. I left the Academy feeling more empowered and optimistic than ever.

It may sound cliché, but the best part of the European Leadership Academy were the caring and passionate people who contributed to it, after the end of the European Leadership Academy, I now feel the most confident and passionate that I have ever been. Importantly, the program was completely free of charge, as an ambitious young woman whose family has always struggled financially, the European Leadership academy was a dream come true in many ways.
